Snow Ice Cream

We have so much snow....what ever will we do if it snows anymore. Where will we put it? The big dozers are out shoveling and pushing. Waiting it out until more snow comes on Wednesday. So in anticipation of more, should you get some too. Be ready with the recipe, to gather up some snow and dig in!

Ingredients
8 cups snow, or shaved ice
1 (14-ounce) can
sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Place snow or shaved ice into a large bowl. Pour condensed milk over and add vanilla. Mix to combine. Serve immediately in bowls.

Wow...that is one recipe I never thought of....ice cream with snow. The trick must be in finding really clean snow.
Suzy, I made those chocolate oatmeal cookies, and they were a delight!!! I was so impressed and my granddaughter had fun making them with me, that I will have a post in Feb. and link it to your site.

Glad you enjoyed them! It's always fun to bake with grandchildren. And we have lots of clean snow up here. We set out a big tub when we know it is going to snow.
