Happy 3rd Anniversary TWD! Midnight Crackles

Happy New Year! It's a new year for Tuesdays with Dorie as well, and to kick it off, the founder of TWD, Laurie of Slush, and Jules of Someone's in the Kitchen, selected Dorie's Midnight Crackles for us to bake.
These are delish for sure! Especially the fact that they are made with real melted chocolate, not just cocoa powder. I think it is pretty neat that they crack like that when baked. That is how you know they are done. Once they start to crack , give them a minute and pull them out. These cookies are like the chocolate crinkles I make at Christmas time. I decided to roll them in granulated sugar before baking.
To see what the other TWD members thought of these cookies, visit the TWD blogroll. If you would like the recipe, visit Jules (website above), or buy Dorie's sensational book, Baking From My Home to Yours.
We give these 5 glasses of milk,
for utter goodness!
