Chocolate Crunched Caramel Tart

This week's Tuesdays with Dorie recipe, Chocolate-Crunched Caramel Tart, was chosen by Carla of Chocolate Moosey, and I'm very grateful for her selection. I am definitely a chocolate addict. I must have chocolate every day. And this tart, really sent me over the edge. It is so rich and decadent.

I changed it up a bit by making a chocolate crust and making mini 5 inch tarts. Then for the nuts, I replaced the peanuts with pecans. I knew I had to add a little whip cream to cut down on the richness. And drizzled it with caramel, and it was awesome!!!
